All Federated Wiki sites have a welcome page. Conventionally this page informs visitors as to who owns the site and to what other resources can be found on it.
The welcome vistors page is rarely forked since the information on it is assumed unique to a specific site.
Caution: Do not edit another site's welcome visitor page because this could destroy information on your own welcome page.
